Our time in Mendoza coincided with our fourth wedding anniversary, so I made a point of making a reservation at Francis Mallman’s restaurant at the Escorihuela winery. As a rule, I leave camera and notes aside for the really special dinners, but, I have to at least say that it was an amazing meal. Four star service, incredible food and a space that I never wanted to leave.
We finished our evening with a second bottle of wine under the stars in the restaurant’s courtyard under the stars of the southern hemisphere. If you ever have the chance to go, do it. Without hesitation.
